Later, one length break I decide to resume(to take back) the creation.

But a problem pauses, Ryder PSSG Editor do not want to protect my file.

Under The Compressonator:
D3Dfilter (generate Mips)
ATI 3Dc compression ( compress )
I back up ( DDS)

I import my file in Ryder PSSG Editor, and impossible to protect.

I have faced similar kind of problem with V2.0 or later. V1.8 works just fine for everything

Because you did not put all the files from the zip in the same folder. Specifically, it looks like you are missing miscutil.dll.

Extract everything from the zip file into one new folder, and run the program from there as administrator.

All should be good after that.
