Changed the base Color, small changes on the logos. Skin Name changed. Remove of the RSS_Badge.

Please remove the previous skin folder

I have a Skin folder with 8.8.8.8 Skin Version.
I also have only the car Skins in lower 4k DXT5 separately.
If the 8.8.8.8 Car Skins are too big.
