Yes, you have right. Texture is correct but I don't know why game makes this. For now I don't know how to fix it but if you use rain weather tires textures works better.
I'm trying a different way...

Now mod don't use offiical rain tires. I add a new INT and WET. Physics are not the same but I think is the best solution because original textures are not applied good.

Where i find the data file to replace them ?

Data file is into tha main folder of the mod. You can extract data.acd with Content Manager.

When you extract data folder, remember to delete original data.acd file (makes always a backup) otherwise the game will not read data folder but always data.acd.
