    He is the most sucseful manager on the grid and an integral part of F1 over the past 20+ years. Done a great job over the years even though allot of people hate him for some reasons, sure Mclaren will miss him but as posted above he's not going no where really just stepping back a little bit.

    I have the utmost respect for Ron Dennis. He has taken alot of pressure in recent years. I support him completely. He was/is the last person with real discipline, emotions, dedication as Team Principle.

    He IS stepping away from F1. McLaren Group is responsible for more than just the Formula One team. He IS stepping away from the team, but not from McLaren.
