Rim-Tyre freeze in replay/photomode

Hi,

My question is when I go photomode in replays tyres/rims freeze even if I go photomode while car was moving fast.. No blur effect, it looks like car stops while taking that photo. Also background (trees etc.) should be in motion blur effect but no just standing.. Is there a solution for this?

Same for me, There use to be rim rotation but I don't have it anymore, seems like they removed it for some reason..
