rFactor 2 and Simhub : problem

Hi everydody,
I can no longer connect Simhub and rFactor2 despite the fact that the desired DLL (rFactor2SharedMemoryMapPlugin64.dll) is in its directory (Bin64 / plugin).
Anyone have the solution?
