That would be pretty illegal to upload kunos content. Just validate your gamefiles through steam. If you want to keep your current mods and stuff you can backup your game as it is right now, then repair it through steam and just put the car folder you need into your backup.
Edit: Also there's better places to ask for help than creating a resource
