Reliability: Thrustmaster TS series vs. Fanatec?

I've seen complaints about Thrustmaster and Fanatec reliability and service. However, I don't know if the most expensive Thrustmaster wheelbase, the TS with external power supply has many problems, and I don't know whether the Fanatec CSL or ClubSport is more reliable compared to each other and to Thrustmaster. Would appreciate your input, thanks.

I've had this set for about 2 1/2 years now and never had any problems. No overheating or force-feed back fade or anything like that, it's been solid for me.
