i had the same issue try opening it through steam not the shortcut

When ever I load in it is blurry up in the corner where the meter should be. I'm not using experimental I am using the backpack mod.

For the backpack you need to use the other dll

Forgot to mention I was using that dll. However when I tried using it without the backpack mod with the other dll file it does not appear. Mod may need to be updated for the latest version of the game.
