RBRCIT server down?

When I'm trying to update NGP and FixUp I get this error message:

Not sure if related, but RBR crashes on startup. I did download both plugins manually due to the server issue, and RBRCIT detected them. Maybe the car phisyics that RBRCIT downloaded ae out of date?

Installation steps:
1. Installed RBR
2. Applied 1.01 and 1.02
3. Installed RBRvr15
4. Installed RBRCIT
5. Installed (manually) NGP and FixUp
6. Replaced the original cars

For me it works. Do you have RBRCIT 1.2? Official download is here:

Also make sure in RBRCIT you click Download>Update carList.ini first thing.
