racer nocg won't start, says entry point not found.

I tried starting the newest version of racer in no_cg mode but I get this message:

The procedure entry point
?getDriverCaps@System@FMOD@@QAG?AW4FMOD_RESULT@@HPAIPAHPAWFMOD_SPEAKERMODE@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library fmodex.dll.

I have Windows XP Media Center edition 2005 sevice pack 2, Dell Dimension E510, Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.0 ghz
