Racer 0.9.0 RC10 works fine but not Panthera

Can someone please look at this QLOG.txt to help me find out why Panthera does not apparently do anything other than listen on port 25000? I have no problem running the latest racer RC. Doesn't that indicate the Cg is working OK? I have Fedora 29 and wine 4.2 staging.

Last time I tried, Panthera didn't work for me via Wine either...
