Thomas had no choice, if he want to win the title, the victory was mandatory in Abu-dhabi GP. Thomas didn't failed.
In a opposite way Linus had big troubles and the title seems to be impossible except of a mechanical failure or accident of Thomas and James in the last race.

Honk racing team secured the construstor championship by 1 race to go.
