General Race track builder anno 2020

Hello,

I would like some info about rtb anno 2020.

Because i dont own a credit card
But in the netherlands its the only option for google api.

So when i buy rtb it loses one of his main function

Then i saw a post about redirecting it to a other server workaround. Is that working?

Or can you import dem kind of files?

I am not good with blender only make houses etc. So rtb is a outcome for me if there is a workaround for google api thing
