Verdict:
The appellant's facts are partially accepted. The Court of Appeal has decided to remove the 0.5 licence points penalty handed to Patrick De Wit.

Non-unanimous verdict detail (Statement by David Perez):

Keithley leaves enough room to De Wit but this one goes straight after leaving the piano-kerb doesn't respecting Keithley's racing path and causing a contact that avoids the overtaking.

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are partially accepted. The Court of Appeal has decided to reduce the 1.0 licence points penalty handed to Patrick De Wit by 0.5.

Non-unanimous verdict detail (Statement by David Perez):

De Wit moves twice to his right side. I consider it as one change only. As Keithley is behind yet, there's nothing wrong. Keithley might have attempt to leave De Wit's slipstream earlier and try to overtake by the side De Wit doesn't move.
