Race 07 How do I make my own car model in the game?

Hello everyone Race 07 In the game with which programs can I make my own car model
mesla I want to make a police car, which programs do you think I should use?

short question for a big topic !

lets break the task in three parts:

1a. 3d MODEL
blender / 3dmax - > zmodeler / 3dsimed -> game

1b. TEXTURES
gimp / photoshop - > DDS

2. PHYSICS
text editor (what ever you like) + a lot of background knowhow
best is to take a running car and adapt step by step

3. AUDIO
what ever generates samples in WAVE format
plus text editor to add them in the AUD file


one extra tip:
first to alter an existing car and always do one step and check if it still works
