Question about vKm (Virtual Kilometers) for Tire Wear

I'm trying to understand how to calculate vkm but I cant find the math behind it.

It says the formula is vKm | Grip Multiplier (or Wear)

For example, a track has 0.143 vkm in 1 lap at Tire Wear 1x.

So if I want 95 Grip at 0.429 (0.143 * 3 Laps)
0.429 | 95

Should it have a wear of 95% after 3 laps?

or How does multiplier works with this one? Thanks in advance.
