2. What is brake mult ??
3. What is simple gear ??

Brake bias – 91% indicate that the front brakes were receiving 91% of the brake pressure and the rear brakes would be receiving 9%.
Brake mult - its the braking intensity
Simple Gear - in some cars like Abarth if you have simple gear off you need to lift the accelerator to shift gear

So Brake bias 91% mean understeer ??

It means 91% of the braking is on the front. So yes, in theory it will be more understeery under braking.
