PS3 Gamernet issue

Alright, wondering if someone could help me out with this.

Made some awesome shots on pga, however when I attempt to post clips on gamernet it cannot receive channel information, I was wondering do I need to open ports via router which the ps3 wirelessly connects to internet.

Or is it an issue with gamernet itself, if its a port blocking it can you help me fix it please?

you do have to open ports for some things on ps3. If you internet is bt there is a preset for it in the homehub settings.

Check the manual. They're usually listed near the end somewhere. Failing that I'd try the EA Knowledge base or forum.

If you got your router through you SIP they should be able to help you out with it.
