Problem with Simr-DLX encoder config tool

Hello all,

i have Simr-DLX.I have connect 3 rotary switches and 3 rotary encoders.
My problem is that when i run the SIMRDLX encoder tool , the program cannot find the device.Appears message "Device not connect"...The device pass the test of the SLIMax manager tool.
What can i do for this problem?

problem solved....it was firmware issue...thank you simdisplay team!
