F1 2020 Problem with blurry images when creating skins

I'm having trouble creating skins for F1 2020 that the images I put on SKIN are blurry in the game. I'm putting my skin in place of the 70th birthday skin.

mipmap (or simply mips), not minimap, LOL how often people write minimap is hilarious

Anyway the picture clearly shows the lack of mipmaps. Either your texture has mips=1 or the mips folder does not contain the files.
