If i stop paying for few months, i'll need to pay the months i had the count inactivated to restart using the same acount again? I'm thinking of making a pause for 2 or 3 months to play other games more consistently, in 3 months i only have to pay since that moment or this 3 inactive months too? Thanks.

If you're inactive for three months (presuming that's when your subscription expires) you don't have to pay for those three months you're absent. After those three months when you decide to re-subscribe you will continue where you left off.
