Practice Server

I was wondering. Why is there no permanent training server for people to just race with each other, or to help out for example?

I wouldn't mind to help out financially to have a server for it.

Im pretty new here, but im eager to learn. Having a permanent server where only the premium members have access to, would mean that its much easier to race and have fun together.

I have no idea about servers in AC, but im sure you can set up a track rotation etc.

Or perhaps im expecting too much, and not many people would be interested.
