Hello there,
I know @ACFAN did a really good 911 RSR sound mod before, but, unfortunately, i don't like it since v0.7.
So, i decided to make my own. At first i wanted to do it only for myself, because everyone uses ACFAN's one. But finally, i decided to share it.
