F1 2011 Poor FPS

Hi,

I am currently experiencing really poor frame rates with this game. It used to run perfectly on maximum settings but then we had to re-format the pc. Ever since I reinstalled the game it has never performed correctly and I don't know why. One minute the frame rate is ok and then suddenly it drops right down and never recovers until the next session where it happens again at random intervals. I have tried changing the replay file to read only and changing the sound to software from rapture 3D. Is there anything else I can do?

This happens to me as well. Normally about half way through a 50% race I notice some massive slow downs. =/

I'm benchmarking an average of 34 FPS, but it's certainly not maintaining that.
