pitstop problems

my rear tyres dont get changed when i pit in and have them selected to change... (green)
also i recognized that while i am waiting for others to join the grid at start my rear tyres already start to loose rubber in the xd-tool .. about 0.30 in one minute ..

any experiences with this prob...

i am new with the race-series...
i ve a wbb install ... maybe this is the problem????
