Performance Mod - F1 2020 - This mod adds some realism to performances, and a new ERS system.

After so much time I didn't update my realism mod, I decided to upload this. I had this mod from much time (end of august), and I decided to upload it separetely.

New ERS system
Now, to replicate real life, there isn't anymore a Hotlap mode, and the overtake button isn't giving any more power (I'll probably update, but it takes much time.). Every team has different ERS saving and use.
Tips to save ERS:
-Do some lift and coast
-Brake harder

Maybe a weird thought? But cant you make a setting so we cant dail up the engine to rich?
