F1 2013 PC Patch 6 Released

A very small Patch 6 release on PC today. It seem just to have one fix, CM have only mentioned one item

Fixes an issue where player's pit lane camera option would not save correctly.

Details of version numbers and touched files have been added to the F1 2013 Patches sticky post.

Makes me think the patches are drawing to an end.

12 last year, maybe fewer this year.

Having said that, perhaps they had less issues this time, or kept them better hidden from public view.

Worked for Interlagos, but removed the option for Montreal... (the only other one I tested since).

So now I'll have to copy back the Patch 5 files to have the previous in-car scene back!

And re-copy the Patch 6 if I want Interlagos!

Well I opened STEAM for the first time in a little while.. I already had the patch #6 when that came out..

But today I got another patch. Could have been releaseds any time last week I guess.

Not sure if that is patch #7 or what since no communication from CM anymore..

I've just ''tweeted' them (how I hate that social media s**t), so will post back if I get a response.

Wouldn't hurt them to send a few of their mods to live on here for a while.

As far as I am aware there is no Patch 7.

Version number did not change. It must have not been a major update, but it was an update.


I also tweeted codemasters and Facebooked them. No response yet AFAIK.

A bit off-topic but I share their joy of season's end . I'd normally feel a bit hollow after an F1 season comes to an end, but this one couldn't come soon enough
