Oschersleben Track Update 2016 - Updated track textures to match 2016 ADAC GT Masters race

Hi guys, here is a new update for the Oschersleben track by Mitja (d/l: http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/oschersleben.4549/). I did more than 2 days work on it, to bring it up to ADAC GT Masters race look-alike. All banners, the big front bridge, the podium, all kerbs, trucks and flags have been redesigned. Due to limited restrictions I did what is possible.
Maybe some talented guys could bring it up to a modern standard of AC 1.5.
