ur eye wont see more than 60fps on screen 75 is best smooth soo why 100?

i can only go off what i see on the FPS meter. and when its down below 100fps, its jerking like a good en, i know my eyes shouldnt be seeing over 60fps, but if its below 100, im seeing a judder, not good..........

right, with the refresh rate forced on and to 75, im still seeing fps readings of 200+.................

nooooooooo, its my god damn grafix card and its profiles, i was tweeking things with 1 profile, rsrbr was using a different profile hahahaha. its now clamped at 60fps an runnin schweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!! sorry for sendin you around the houses there buddy, it was all issues my end. fookin amaizin mod anyways, thanks alot dooood ;D
