No speedo on HUD

Hey guys, after getting a black screen issue after start up, (Manually set res. in the .ini file to fix this) I finally started to enjoy the game. Only problem is that I think my HUD is cut off a bit. Im not sure if this is due to forcing the resolution or anything, but I can only see to the bottom of the RPM meter and have no idea what my speed is ever.

As this is a rally game, not knowing your speed can be a bit messy lol.
Any work around?

Currently my res is set to 1440x900 (kinda odd I know, default for my monitor tho.)

EDIT: The camera hack does not seem to work on my computer...
