No Race Start lights on Server

Hi All
This is a recent issue we are having with our server races, we've just noticed that we do not get the Race start lights, Red lights until out for start of any race on the server, this is new.

The server is olekodgers2_montreal and if anyone has seen this issue, please advise , I've been searching the web and I do not see this issue mentioned.
