Change the graphic settings to a highest level. You can check first increasing the level of the "texture streaming" (I think it's called like that in english, I say that because I play in spanish).

Yes, download the mod and read the pdf file for instructions. You need to choose between 2 ways to install. I recommend you the copy-paste version (the manual is for when the game is updated with some important content and the mod does not work properly), so open the folder COPY-PASTE INSTALLATION and follow the steps inside the readme text file. It's too easy.
