New to sim racing

Don't worry about set ups if you're new. Get used to your equipment and try and focus on one or two sims, preferably one to really master it. Then practice, practice and practice until you're consistent.
No one ever kept it on the black stuff solely by using a set up made by someone else for their own driving style. It's through hours and hours of practice and racing online.

Enjoy it. One of the most rewarding things is battling closely lap after lap for 30 mins with no mistakes. It will take time to get there, and even longer to be consistently faster too. But when it starts to click, you'll be in sim racing heaven!
