New rules to be introduced 'to make overtaking easier'

What is meant by "deeper rear wing"?

Anything that will allow a car to follow more closely and benefit from the slipstream will be nice. Perhaps the changes will be good enough to get rid of DRS!!

for your question i can say :

and about the second part of your comment i have to say that this rule (deeper rear wing) wont make slipstream better or make cars easier to follow by default , it's simply add more drag to the car that you want to follow and slows them a little down on straight, and if you are in DRS range you will have way more powerful DRS effect. actually this rule only focused on making DRS more effective and this is not what all the fans wanted ,it seems fans wanted lower downforce to make cars following each other easier without need to DRS or any "push to overtake" button!! but at the end they will add more downforce to make DRS effect more powerful.
it's just my personal opinion
