New house - help me with spec'ing sim room electrical requirements

I have a sim currently. I have motion (SFX-100). I would like to add transducers and more, but I don't want to overload my circuits.

Since I'm building a new house, it seems reasonable to run at least two 16 amp circuits to the room where I want to place my sim. I want to power up what I have and I want to have the power I may need in the future.

Any electrical gurus want to chime in and advise what I may want to consider and why?

Thanks.
