Hi, on my install, you cant use the mouse at all to navigate the UI.....is this normal, I can only use my keyboard, which is very irritating...!

That's normal, mouse will not work. At first I didn't like it but the advantage is I don't have to take my hands off the wheel.

Aaah, OK, only problem is, many of the buttons, such as 2 for continue etc don't work - I seem to be able to use the cursor arrows, escape and return keys and that's it.....

What's the logic behind that?

I would kill for mouse navigation, very painful the way it is currently

I might be lucky as I have a G27, but I find it very easy. d-pad for moving around, lower "black" button is enter, left "black" button is back. No problems at all, I actually like it
However, yes, mouse support in a PC game should be pretty much automatic...

I love the current mouseless (RBR style) interface !

I wish that AC was the same !
