Introduction:
Welcome to Season 4 of the RaceDepartment nations grand prix.
For this new season we have choosen another game then the previous editon of the RDNGP, its gonna be Netkar pro with the ks2 car which is a gp 2 machine and offers some competative and fast racing.
This season is going to contain 7 races and 1 test race and is driven by racers who represent their country colours.
The season will kick of February 6th 2011.

Teams:
Drivers will be competing for their country.
Each country is allowed to enter 1 driver each race.

Liveries:
Teams will use liveries based on their country.
-The skins deadline is 25-01-2011-

Attendance Reporting:
- 24 hours before the start of a event a country has to post his driver who is gonna drive that race.
- If due to any real life circomstances a driver cant participate a pm has to be sent to Bjorn de Haas and then the team is allowed to swap that particular driver.
- If any driver/team is deciding to pull out of the league a message to the racedirector ( Bjorn de Haas ) is mandatory.

Rules:
Because some teams have more then 2-3 drivers and to give everybody a change to race the following rule will count.
*teams with 1 driver can drive all races.
*teams with 2 drivers,each individual can drive a maximum of 4 races.
*teams with 3 or more drivers, each individual can drive a maximum of 3 races.
The testrace does not count as a race and is therefore free to choose.

This league uses the golden rules from Racedepartment found here.
The racedirector can always overule these and decide what is going to happen.
