My own fantasy league and how to create it?

Hello guys,

I would like to create my 100% own league in rFactor 2. I mean, few years ago in high school I've created (based on Formula 2013) some kind of mod, which had my colleagues as drivers, me also. I gave them skills just like in real life based on their knowledge and grades. I have to say I absolutely loved that! Watching my friend as simulated drivers and making scenarios etc...

So my problem is that I'm looking for perfect mod/car which I will be able to edit or so, that I can create drivers (custom skins, helmets, gloves). With easy templates (cuz I'm not good at it), cool sounds and almost same as Formula.

I'm going to make a race, adding my friends (me also) with edited skins, and watch them racing. Is it possible in easy way in rFactor 2?

Do you have any ideas how make it happen?
