F1 2012 The Game (Codemasters)

Since the release of PS3 SCEE patch i have been unable to join any lobby's from Europe or be able to join any invites from friends in Europe, is this because the PS3 SCEA patch is still outstanding? are there other PS3 users from the USA having this problem?
