Motec and dampers

Hi All
so i downloaded motec after years of not using it. most of it is coming back.
however, i want to look at a histogram of dampers and suspension travel.
for some reason, there is no damper or suspension info being generated.
Any ideas why? all other info such as tyres and braking etc is generated correctly.
any tips welcomed

The data channel is probably been disabled for that car.
