Missing track (Lienz and Paris)

I have play very long time on Rfactor and AC succeed to replace quite all the cars and tracks i polay with.
They are only 2 "leader" missing : Lienz (i just found a japanese site with broken link) and Paris (paris 2004 GP).
Do you know if this two conversion exists ?
