Got a *really* odd bug with #2 - tried it online with someone else with the same CSP version ( and the same 2019 endurance patch ) and it's doors kept disappearing for him after he got 30m away or so, so presumably a LOD step down for the door mesh. #3 works just fine! I notice ext_config.ini is slightly different for each.
