McLaren are rumoured to be near completing a deal engine deal with Honda
Honda have not been in F1 since 2008, however with the new rules coming in from 2014, they believe they have a great opportunity to return.
McLaren Honda had a great history partnerships previously, with much success throughout - Including the likes of Senna and Prost driving for them.
Mercedes' Toto Wolff was asked for any comments relating to the matter. "We are looking for a long-term engine supplier relationship with McLaren-Mercedes."
On the other hand, when McLaren were approached.... A spokesman said: "We never discuss media rumours about potential partners."
If Honda was to return, they would become the 4th road-car manufacturer supplying engines in F1, alongside Mercedes, Renault and Ferrari (Fiat).
