Was just using that prog you recommended to view makeup of materials but am still confused how to extract them for use in btb? I just want same gravel physics properties as first british rally stage in rbr so as i can have same feel on my track. Sorry if i'm being slow but am new to this. Thanks.
As soon as you know the code of the material, you can use the material editor that is located inside the BTB_PATH\Support\RBR\MaterialEditor. There you will find a Readme.txt file.
When I have created the file with extension .rbr, I just copy it inside the Textures folder of the texture's XPACK. If the texture is named texturename.dds, the rbr file should be named texturename.rbr
The .rbr should look like:
data0=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data1=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data2=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data3=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data4=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data5=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data6=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
data7=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86

data12=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86

data15=86 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 86
but you will see the code(s) you selected, not 13 or 86.
