Ok, I have some more feedback. Using the Redbull X2010 S1 at Le Mans I always felt the steering is a bit too "stiff" and "sticky" around the center. In such a car, and F1 cars as well, there is a need for reliable and responsive turning at a moment's notice to be able to take slow corners and chicanes properly, I haven't tested at Monaco yet but I feel I'll be running into the same issue I described. Hope this bit of feedback helps you improve this assist!

You may want increase the STEER_INPUT_SPEED parameters inside the script file. Setting both the Min and Max value to 1 will result in the most direct steering at any speed.

The load-influenced steering speed feature has been removed as more thorough testing revealed that it did not work well for non-road cars.

Hi! If I am driving F1 cars, should I change the steering wheel limit to 180 (from Settings > Assetto Corsa < View & UI)?

I think that setting is visual only, I have it set to Off.

why is my car steering on its own/refusing to steer futher right when going fast ?, is it a bug or is it ment to simulate self-steer/FFB ?
