Lost username and password

Hi guys, just created another account to say that i lost my login info, and now, when i try to recover using the Lost password recovery thing, i write my e-mail correctly, answear the question, and it says that password was sent. Already a few long hours since it(tried 3 time already) and the e-mail's not here yet.
