looking for an old oval track

A friend of mine used to race Super stock open wheelers at Foxhall stadium in Ipswich many years ago. He often talks to us about it. Then the other day I spotted a video on Youtube, that was Rfactor running Foxhall stadium.
Since then have been looking for the track to down load. I have found it but the site will not let you down load.
so has anyone got the said track they could send or point me to a place .
It would make his day to go back to the oval, be it a sim.

it exist the track but many times is you tube videos not have download links what cars or tracks they use or that the working downloads link is old and gone
this Foxhall stadium not exist on RFC site.
