Apps Looking for a goid streaming app

Ok im lost. Im new to content manager and the ability to structure your race any way you want , so i like to stream , and commentate . So im looking for an app thats easy to use, an app that gives me live timing and scoring, but also lets me know when a driver is i getting a yellow flag. And lets me even go back 30 seconds to see what happened. There is a app called race co trol that does all that but only on Assetto corsa comp. So i am really wanting the same here. I did have a look but there are so many options i don't know what to choose. I really would appreciate any help you can give
