All of a sudden my VR fps is being locked to 9 fps. And i cant figure out why. I went over all my settings and updated to the latest CSP and Pure and its still happening. I made no changes in my settings. Any one know what could be causing this? Ive checked my nvidia settings and all csp/content manager settings.
